ECO-Block, LLC Warranty
Company warrants its products only against manufacturer's defect in material or
workmanship (as determined by Company) for a period of one (1) year from the date
of sale of the applicable ICF Products by the Company. The liability of Company
is limited to the replacement of the defective ICF Products FOB Company's plant
and does not include any costs associated with dismantling defective materials or
installing replacement materials. This Warranty does not cover products which are
not manufactured and sold by the Company.
